I am contacting you again regarding my previous ticket about the permanent ban on my VALORANT account, which initially came as a surprise to me as I did not understand the cause.
After further investigation on my side, I discovered that the email address linked to my Riot/VALORANT account had been compromised. Unfortunately, I was using the same password for both my email and my Riot account, which may have allowed unauthorized access.
The last time I personally logged into VALORANT was about two days before the ban, during which I only played a few Team Deathmatch games and did not notice anything unusual or abnormal on my account.
I would kindly like to ask if it is possible to review the IP address and hardware ID (HWID) associated with the ban in order to confirm that the activity did not originate from my usual device or location.
