Account Locked for NO REASON!!!
Hi, I recently logged into a new pc with my account and before I start playing it popped up showing that I have UEMI and Secureboot issues, then I go back to my bios and enabled my secure boot then I launched my game and played one Deathmatch only, and I closed the game. I logged onto my alt account and see if it has the same issue, after I logged into it, it showed I have IOMMU issues, then I restart go to bios turned on IOMMU and core isolation in my windows settings then I logged in and played one deathmatch on my alt account and I think I fixed the issue, then I switched back to my account. After I came back it showed that my account is permanently banned. Then I switched to my alt account it also showed it was permanently banned. Could you please help me resolve this issue. I have no idea why this happened. I am not a cheater I don’t use third party software, and i got my new pc there might be third party apps running in the background which could be my graphics driver updating and other hardware driver updating. But there is no third party software being used for me to take advantage of this game. Please help me with this ban. Thank you very much.
