False perma ban
I've got banned in 12/12, i changed my SSD in the day before (12/11) and then i got banned in the middle of the first comp match i played, i never used third party programs other than Valorant Tracker, i dunno what i possibly did, already opened two tickets just to tell me that I was banned precisely and it would not be removed, im clueless of what i supposedly did, even if i don't get unbanned id like to have a bit of transparency
