Flatpak management seems broken on my system

Hello all

I have been having a bizarre issue regarding flatpaks for several weeks where I can install flatpaks without issue, but I have not been able to update or even uninstall flatpaks without the progress bar being hung. whether its through bazaar, ujust update, or warehouse, I am having issues.

I am on the nvidia gnome image
