DNS issue

Hi. I've added my DNS from my hosting provider for my website to cloudflare, and one of the the records, an NS record, immediately worked. The Alpha record has not been working, even after a few hours, which is weird. Don't say "it may take up to 48 hours" because it never does, its maximum 20-30 minutes, and I've re-added the record multiple times.
