Need Help / Banned .
My account has been banned for 10 years without a clear reason, and I want to explain what really happened.
I have never used hacks, cheats, or any illegal software in my life. I always played fairly.
About a week after my account was banned, I found out the reason.
I was playing ranked matches with a player who was very skilled and helped us win many games. Because of that, I added him to play together. I honestly believed he was just a very good player.
Later, I discovered that this player was using hacks, and I had no knowledge of this at all. I did not benefit intentionally, I did not cheat, and I did not support hacking in any way.
I was banned only because I played with him, not because I cheated myself. This ban feels extremely unfair, especially a 10-year ban, when I had no intention to break the rules.
I kindly ask you to review my case again and reconsider the punishment. I am willing to fully cooperate and provide any information needed.
