i got banned for these reasons and i cannot understand why i'm playing the game on both gameloop & IPad , not using any cheat or third party programmers, I need help to recover the account i already submit the file claim but it says will be replied within 5 working days.

Hello, @βοΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½οΏ½ ! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You can use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
