Facebook login issue in Kinde despite self sign-up & self-join enabled.

We’re having an issue with Login with Facebook.
When users try to log in via Facebook, I get this message:
“We can’t find your account. Do you want to create new account with ....”
A bit of context:
Self sign-up is enabled
Self joining org is enabled
This happens for first-time users logging in with Facebook
We were expecting new users to be created automatically, but instead they have this message. I'm using kinde as an Oauth with connection id is authorization param
