Distant Horizons Frame Drops, Visual Bugs

I'm using distant horizons with lunar, I know it is not "compatible" but the mod itself is working, and I want to know if there is an easy fix to my issue that I do not know about.
I am having several issues, mainly, when I move my mouse, I am getting huge stutters, and there are also some visual bugs, see the video attached:
