Stream Starter Bundle

I was curious if the $5/per month includes up to 5,000 minutes of video delivered? Meaning that if I deliver over 5,000 minutes within the month I will be billed the additional minutes at the $1 per 1000 minutes delivered rate.

Ex.
I deliver 5,500 minutes in the month.
I’d be billed for the $5 plan plus an additional $0.50 for the extra minutes.
