I need help

Could anyone genuinely give me some tips how to be better. I started the game 2 days ago, and I still get called an idiot pretty much every match. In around 8 matches, I hit only 6 headshots. Is there anything to make my aim better?(Yes, I tried in the practise mode)

Play some deathmatch with sheriff only. Try to hit headshots only.

Don't spam, take your time to aim for the headshot.

I hit a few headshots with vandal, but it was hard considering my custor goes up if I keep shooting
