TPM issue

my tpm always shows TPM is not ready for use. But no matter how many times i clear it reset it and do veverything from the bios , it does not work. it always locks itself for 2 hours. and when it get reset i try to make it work and it does not work. i cant play valorant because of this. can someone help me with this?
