firmware tpm issue
Im tryna play valorant on a new pc I brought but it keeps saying van restriction. I've already enabled tpm and everything else, UEFI, secure boot and all that stuff. After awhile in the tutorial (1-2 min) It kicks me out of the game and a van restriction telling me to use firmware TPM 2.0 pops up

I've also done everything the suport manual says, such as reinstalling vanguard and valorant entirely

prob she fixed it so try to play . sometimes they fix problems but they are too busy to reply
i went into a game just now and the same thing happened

yea i think she forward it to one anticheat to remove it for you . so try and also keep look from time to time here

mm your cpu supports ftpm it looks like, but maybe your motherboard doesn't
have you tried updating bios
I dont know if i checked it wrong but it showed his cpu dosent have tpm but his motherboard can support tpm chip and we looked at his bios his tpm is on

In any case if it’s not supported, he’ll need to disable TPM and downgrade to windows 10
idk if i can even update aptio lol

sometimes it literally just doesn't work
even if you go to windwos 10 valorant gonna still ask you to enable tpm2.0
so best thing to do wait for player support to reply in your ticket or juinmo gonna look again at the post

I also contact valorant support on their official website and they just sent me the help manual from their website
also is there just a way to disable the popup without tampering with the anticheat
because i don't want to do that BIOS stuff unless it's extremely necessary, since this computer is new and I want to keep it alive for at least a month

if you are on a desktop computer and restricted, you have to have a firmware TPM to play
