Vcore 4 500 IDEX - Becaon End stop "Triggered" when not activated

setupHi, So I'm at the point of the commissioning guide where I'm supposed to do the initial calibration of the beacon.
I have 2 sensors and 2 cables.
The one in the video is the BRAND NEW just opened sensor and wire, the other one is the one that came with my kit but I ordered a new one thinking I had damaged the original...
Both behave identically...
Does anyone have thoughts on what I should check, or what I should share to help figure this out?
