Audio capture device not recognized by ALSA
Bought a generic analogue to digital converter to pipe my consoles audio into Pipewire, but it disconnects and reconnects every few seconds. Im not sure where to go rooting around for logs but i get this in journalctl
>11:03:35.540 UTC systemd-udevd.service controlC5: Process '/usr/bin/alsactl -E ALSA_CONFIG_PATH=/etc/alsa/alsactl.conf --initfile=/lib/alsa/init/00main restore 5' failed with exit code 99.
Is this device just not compatible with linux? should i bother tinkering or just get one that works out of the box? it was like 20 bucks
