WBC 3 TCP IP Internet issue

Hi Guys!

I'm trying to play Warlords Battlecry 3 online with my buddy, we tried hamachi but that didn't work for either of us on windows to windows or linux to linux

What did work tho was IP to IP on windows

However when I try to join his lobby (I'm on bazzite), it cannot find the lobby. But when I try it on my windows laptop, it finds it.

TCP/IP is obviously already enabled or else you would have no network communication on Bazzite. I'm not sure if this is the solution, but this game seems to use direct play, so you might need to install direct play via proton tricks for the wine/proton prefix of this game.

If it works via hamachi (a VPN service) and not via the actual IP then it sounds like a firewall/NAT (PC or router firewall) problem.
