Is this Dr Martens in a good shape to buy?

So I saw this on sale used for 35eur plus shipping, and it intrigued me. I was thinking of renegotiating (because shipping is a little bit expensive), but my friends are saying that they are in very bad shape (on the front). I dont think it is that bad if i can get for a good price, but I wanted a second opinion from people that would understand more about Dr Martens values than me, since I've never bought ones
