Permanent Ban on account

So I received a permanent ban the last year in July and i have been trying to get some help from any person because i have sent enamours amount of emails but all i get is that u have already been responded in that one specific mail and this thing won’t be taken any further therefore it gets closed without a proper answer i’ve been playing this game since 2021 and I know what the rules and regulations for a game stand for and like why would i put hacks on an account i’ve spent my money on like how can someone get banned without cheating?
I feel like Vanguard doesn’t just look for cheats made for VALORANT. Even if a program has nothing to do with the game, Vanguard might still flag it if it behaves in a way that looks risky or similar to cheating software. So if it detects something it doesn’t trust, you could end up banned—even if you weren’t trying to cheat in VALORANT at all.
I literally enjoy playing VALORANT and have always followed the rules. I’ve submitted over 10 support tickets, but the ban is still in place. I kindly request a fresh review of my case and an explanation of what led to this penalty. If possible, I would really appreciate guidance on how to resolve the issue so I can play again
