ban permanent for account sharing

can staffhelp me my friend got permanent account ban , I think because I because of account sharing because I played on his account didn't boost because the account rank is the same as my rank, i tried to play on my main and nothing happen didnt get ban. But why got permanent on first time without warning. this is the account that got ban 尽人事知天命#0714
