Distant Horizons is just not showing up anywhere

Fabric/QuiltMC 1.21.xHi, so Ive just installed distant horizons with the Fabric + Iris installer for 1.21.10. I installed DH from modrinth and I made sure to get the correct version. I put it into my mods folder as well.
I just dont see any trace of it in game when I launch it however. When I press options, the little icon doesnt show up or anything. It doesnt say there are any mods loaded on the home screen.
