Removing Zero Trust Subscriptions from my account which is 0$/month
Recently I tried out the Teams Free Base (Zero Trust) plan, but I never actually used it. So, I no longer need it and want to completely remove it from my account subscriptions. Even though its free. i need to remove from my subscriptions because to aviod unwanted monthly invoices that i didnt use.
I tried canceling the plan in Billing section. after i click they ask me like "Finally, we’d love to know why you chose to downgrade." and i answered all as shown in the image, but the Confirm btn is not working. It is disabled. Why?
