Hello Support Team,
My PUBG Mobile account was previously hacked. I submitted an account recovery claim, which was successfully approved. My email was linked, previous logins were revoked, and the account was placed in 7-day Safe Mode, which ended on 29 December at 7:32 AM.
However, after Safe Mode ended, when I try to log in, the system still asks for phone number OTP, and that phone number is still under the hacker’s control. I no longer have access to it.
This has resulted in a partial recovery loop — email ownership is restored, but the compromised phone number is still blocking access.
When I attempt to submit a new claim, the system shows a 3-month cooldown, even though the previous recovery was incomplete.
I request a manual review to remove or replace the compromised phone number and allow email-based verification so I can fully regain access to my account.
I already provide screenshots of the approved recovery claim and email linkage if required.
