Still Waiting – Hacked Account Not Recovered

Hello PUBG team. I’m here again because my hacked account issue still hasn’t been resolved. My account was hacked on March 15, 2024, at 00:08:35, and since then, I haven’t received any helpful response from support. I’ve submitted multiple requests, including screenshots, my account ID (532622489), UC purchase receipts, and all the required information. Please, I kindly ask someone from the security team to review my case urgently, as this account was created in 2018 and has years of progress and money invested. I don’t want to lose something I’ve built over so much time. Thank you for your attention.
