I am experiencing a specific audio issue with my boAt Airdopes 311 Pro TWS on Windows 10. While in the Valorant main menu, the game audio and music work perfectly. However, the moment I enter a match or the Practice Range, all game sound cuts out completely. I have already tried disabling 'Exclusive Mode' in Windows Sound Settings and verified the integrity of game files, but the issue persists. It seems that when the game attempts to activate the microphone/voice chat for a match, it triggers a Bluetooth protocol conflict that mutes the entire application. Could you please help me resolve this driver or setting conflict?
