Issue with RE2 Not at the correct Screen Resolution

I am having issues with running RE2 Classic. I recently picked up the bundle with the 3 older games from GOG. For some reason the game's screen is really small, and the pre rendered cut-scene flicker and are not displaying correctly. I have even tried adjusting the options before starting the game in launcher.
