First suit adjustment questions

Got my first suit (J Crew Crosby) off the shelf, with an eye to making sure the fit was good as I could get it off the shelf. The trousers probably need a little adjustment to hang straight while standing, but other than that are there any obvious adjustments I should prioritize? Or would a tailor be a better source of advice? Thanks!
