Can't sync from phone to server

I tried installing Immich on my Windows PC with WSL, with no success. Then I used CasaOS and it worked. The only problem is that I don't have the start backup button at the bottom, I only have the Enable backup one, so I need to select the days to back them up. And now it says "Sync failed. Cannot process backup" even after restarting.
I want to update Immich to the latest release but I'm stuck on 1.132.3, even my phone tells me it isn't compatible but I can't seem to update succesfully.
What should I do? I don't think this is the right place to ask this question, sorry if it isn't.
I'm using an iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 26.2, and Ubuntu as the distro on WSL.
