Resolution scale issues

Hello there.
I have 2 monitors, my main is a 1080p 144hz and my secondary is a 1440p 60hz.
When i set resolution scale on my secondary to anything other than 100% i experience some issues in games.
In all games my mouse cursor escapes the main monitor, and some games will have extreme low fps its almost like its frozen, but the sound is fine.
works fine with 100% scale or 1080p on both, but i would really like to use 1440p on my secondary.
