Resolution Issues?

my main screen is a 49" 4k TV, and I have a 24" 1080p side monitor, when I was using windows 10 only up until last week (seperate Drive Dual-boot now) the TV would be 4k 60Hz with no issues so there are no known cable issues. Since I installed Bazzite Nvidia Legacy, I cant put the TV above 30Hz even though the option is there, when it is in 4k it just stops displaying to the screen, even though the TV is still fully detected and adjustable. but I can set to 60Hz when its in 1080p. any ideas how to fix?
