Are these trousers too suit like?

They're Rick Owen trousers, and there does appear to be a matching jacket for them, however i'm probably not going to get the matching jacket and really i'm looking for a pair of trousers that will go with a shirt/polo (i'll probably pick up a RO white shirt at some point anyway) for summer wear. Would these look silly without the jacket?
