How can I stop a running Workflow, which runs endless? and how the this node could be even executed?

Topic 1: I have somehow an endless running workflow, I don't know why it's not doing the next entries? It did 2 of 11 loops.
Topic2: How could this action even triggered, when I didn't run there?
