Sleep Mode no longer functions properly

Specs: AMD Ryzen 7 8700F 4.1GHz 8 Cores | AMD B850 | 32GB DDR5 | 2TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD | AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT 16GB
When I put my PC to sleep from Gaming Mode, it doesn't actually go to sleep anymore. Instead, it black screens for a moment before flipping over to Desktop Mode and being almost 100% unresponsive and completely slowed to a crawl when trying to even just move the cursor. I have to reboot to be able to use my PC again. This started happening a little less than a week ago. I tried rolling back the latest update, I tried rebasing, and I've even tried a fresh install of Bazzite. Nothing has solved the problem.
Before this, I had no issues with Sleep Mode or Bazzite in general, I've been running it on this rig since October. Someone else posted a similar issue here but did not get any help, luckily for them a fresh install solved the problem but not for me unfortunately.
