I'm at my wits end. I set up Cloudflare, with help, and I'm still not receiving emails from some of my suppliers but most importantly, from Cloudflare themselves. Which means it's impossible to get help from the community forums as I cannot verify my account.
I have reached out to Cloudflare but I cannot get back to the case that I raised for some reason and I don't know if they have replied because... I'm not receiving emails. Pretty sure the set up is correct. I've had people look it over. Not sure what to do next.
I've checked Spam etc but these are being blocked further up the pipeline.
Please can someone help with some suggestions?
