Is there any way to uninstall a local package without doing rpm-ostree reset?

I installed opendeck by downloading the .rpm from the github and then rpm-ostree install filename.rpm. This worked but now I need to uninstall it and i just simply cannot figure out how.
I've tried rpm-ostree remove opendeck, which seems to have said it uninstalled and I can no longer see it in the plasma start menu when searching for it, and it isn't in the system tray anymore. But the buttons still appear on the stream deck itself like it is still installed. I know from past experience that this fact causes massive issues with the program with trying to install opendeck or any other stream deck software.
I did rpm-ostree status and it returns
