How to install mods in Heroic for Expedition 33

So I got the game through GOG. I wanted to install 2 mods - https://www.nexusmods.com/clairobscurexpedition33/mods/20?tab=description and https://www.nexusmods.com/clairobscurexpedition33/mods/59?tab=description. The mods have a .bat file. Not really sure how to run them. Can heroic help with this? Is there a way to install mods through heroic itself?
