Gaming with black bars on the sides
question
I have a monitor 21:9, but i want to play CS2 in 16:9 and black bars on the side. From what i understand wayland doesn't have any option to set the scaling of the applications, so i used gamescope to try to fix the scaling issue. I'm running CS2 with the following launch options: gamescope -W 3440 -H 1440 -w 2560 -h 1440 -f --adaptive-sync --expose-wayland -- %command% (Also i don't understand why without the double dash before %command% the game doesn't launch). The problem is that the windows is placed on the far left of the screen and is not centered making the solution unusable. Do you have any suggestion? EDIT: forgot to add some information about the version of Bazzite i use. Bazzite KDE Plasma, latest version with an RX 9070XT.
