stolen account and get locked

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to respectfully appeal the decision regarding my locked account.
Unfortunately, my account was stolen without my knowledge. During that period, I was busy with my studies and did not notice the unauthorized access. The person who gained access to my account used hacks, which I was completely unaware of and did not approve of in any way.
When I later tried to log in and play, I received a message stating that my account had been locked. I contacted support, but I only received an automated response saying that the decision was final. This has been very distressing for me, as I have never used cheats or hacks myself and have always followed the rules.
I have invested a significant amount of time and money into this account, and it truly means a lot to me. I am more than willing to provide any proof or information needed to show that I did not engage in any cheating and that my account was compromised without my consent.
