Gear lever broken

trying to use gear lever but everytime i launch it i get a blank box. re-installed and restarted a couple times, still the same thing.
Solution
i went to the directory for applications and it wasnt a folder, it was showing up as a desktop entry. i just deleted it and gear lever instantly started working
