My computer was compromised, and as a result, the email address associated with my game account was changed without my authorization. I have already contacted support and submitted all the requested information; however, my recovery request was rejected twice.
I respectfully request direct communication with a support agent, as the questions provided in the account recovery form do not accurately reflect my situation and prevent me from properly verifying ownership of the account.
I am fully willing to provide any additional information required to resolve this issue and recover my account.
