Hello im just so sad and idk what to do.
17.01.2026 i wanted sell my pubg account and i got scammed and now i cant get back my 8 years old account.
The scammers were very professional, never thought this would happen.Changed my email and phone number.
My claim was not approved.

To recover your account, please submit a recovery request through in-game by going to the login page and selecting:
Help > Hacked Account & Other Account Issues > Account Recovery.
Make sure to submit the request from a familiar device and provide all required and accurate information.
If your issue isn't resolved or your claim is declined through the in-game option, you can submit a recovery request for further assistance.
