Bed no longer heating

Yesterday I used my printer perfectly fine, later in the day I tried to use it and it no longer heats up and eventually errors out. Today I went to diagnose the issue to make sure everything was connected and it was. I tested continuity between the main lines coming from the bed and there was none. Does this mean that my thermal fuse is blown?
