Spark profiler doesn't show net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer. lambda$spin$0()

I have a server running Minecraft version 1.21.11 and Fabric 0.18.4. I'm having a problem with the server lagging when several people are flying around with Elytra. That's why I'm trying to use Spark to find out what I need to upgrade to improve performance. I am using the guide for using the viewer on the Spark website. However, I don't have the node “net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer. lambda$spin$0()” and therefore also no MinecraftServer.tick(). Why is that?
I appreciate any help. I would also be very grateful if someone could help me figure out what needs to be upgraded.
