Database – Recovery help
Prisma PostgresI’m looking for help with an accidental Prisma Postgres database deletion and wanted to ask here after emailing support.
What happened:
• I originally created a DB called prisma-postgres-purple-elephant
• Due to config issues, I later created prisma-postgres-purple-book, which became the active DB
• The old DB was still visible in Prisma Console, so I deleted it, assuming it was unused
• Unfortunately, both DBs were still linked, and my active DB data got deleted
Additional details:
• I’m currently on a free trial plan
• The Vercel
Prisma integration is still active
• In Vercel Integrations, prisma-postgres-purple-book still shows as installed
I’ve already emailed support (subject: “Accidental Deletion of Prisma Postgres Database – Recovery Request
”).
I wanted to ask here if there’s any chance of recovery (backup/snapshot/retention) or if support can help verify this.
