My account was stolen on May 15, 2025, by submitting a form. I can't create a form again because I deleted and reinstalled PUBG Mobile from my secure device, so the secure device option is gone. I'm creating a request by receiving a code to my email, but it's being rejected. They're asking for the device I initially registered on and the registration date. I registered in 2019, but I don't remember the exact date. What should I do? Please help.
