Auto-Suspend Not Working

Hi Neon Team, I've had consistent issues where the auto-suspend feature for postgres does not work. Looking at the count of compute hours nothing is actually being suspended, but I'm still being charged. I believe this is an issue on the Neon side since I've already verified I dont have any services holding a connection open.
