WEBM video corruption on Chrome/UnGoogled Chromium/Helium with hardware acceleration enabled.

Chrome browsers unable to play WebM videos. The odd thing is that some work and others do not. Disabling hardware acceleration fixes the issue.

I initially thought this was a Helium issue but it's Chromium in general.
