Suddenly can’t do 60hz at 4K anymore

Uhhh something really weird happened.
So for some reason my resolution changed automatically to 1440p and when I change it back to 2160p, I am stuck at 30hz. My display CAN do 4K at 60hz.
Prior to me noticing this, I unplugged and replugged my HDMI cable from my PC because of forgetting it was in sleep mode instead of being off
