Nameservers not detected ("Invalid")

I've entered the nameservers cloudflare provided to the DNS records of 2 domains that I own on 123-reg. However they still say invalid after 2 days. I've tried removing and re-adding them several times. This has worked on 3 other domains that I've done it for with no issues, but this issue seems to happen with 2 of them for some reason. 123-reg has confirmed that the nameservers are correctly changed on their end but Cloudflare just doesn't seem to detect it for some reason. Anything else I can try/do to get cloudflare to recognise the nameservers so I can update the DNS records?
