Hello!
I’ve had this before and I’ve posted this problem here before too.
So for the few people that remember my problem, I thought that my PSU is simply the problem of this.
Now that I’ve bought a new PSU (be quiet! Pure Power 12 650W) everything is fine as it should be.
Every game launches as intended, except VALORANT.
So the scenario is this:
I have Discord open, while being in a call with someone.
I start VALORANT (through the Riot Launcher) and my PC shuts down.
I check the Windows Event Viewer Log, and there was a “Kernel-Error 41”, saying that the “(…) system shut down unexpectedly.”
I have Discord closed and only launch VALORANT.
The games launches as intended and everything is fine.
There seems to be an issue or a conflict between Discord and VALORANT.
Does anybody know why this happens?
As of my knowledge and research, Vanguard maybe could be the issue.
Help would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
(Note: I have Discord Hardware Acceleration turned OFF, as well as the Discord overlay, clipping, etc.)
