Chore Coats for short guys (5'6")

I'm looking for chore coats that will fit me. The main issues I have with most jackets are sleeve lengths. They're usually pretty long. I really like this chore blazer from flint and tinder (https://huckberry.com/store/flint-and-tinder/category/p/92321-the-boiled-wool-chore-blazer) but the sleeves are too long. There are buttons on the sleeves so I'm not sure if I can get the sleeves hemmed shorter.
Budget under $300 and under and hopefully something I can easily get and return in the US.
